Community Changes

changes_boxIf you are a member of our community then you know that we have been trying to come up with new ways to stimulate activity in our group by recording some videos and trying to set up some custom games however this task has been a bit daunting with Black Ops 2′s very limited custom game control. In the process of trying to accomplish this we have noticed many of you playing other games and this got us thinking…

Is Black Ops 2 starting to get boring for everyone? Are we limiting ourselves too much by ONLY playing Call of Duty?

First and foremost, we are interested in building this community as the premiere casual gaming community. We like meeting and playing with new people and regardless of what we are doing it is that sense of community which matters most to me. It really doesn’t matter what games we are playing as long as we are all playing together, having fun and attracting more players to the fold. And also because we want this group to have a sense of individual ownership (hence the reason we use the word MY in our name) there will never be changes we make without consulting each and every one of you.

All this said, we are wondering if we should expand our boundaries to include other games… for instance, Halo 4. The multiplayer offers SO much in that game and we know we would all have a great time playing it. We also see people playing Minecraft which I personally know is a whole new world in itself; and something I am scared I would get addicted to and slip away into the nether. Regardless we feel that perhaps we should make some community changes in order to keep things jumping, fresh and something to look forward to each day.

Trust our logo will not change; we like it too much. Our name would change very slightly. And most important – it’s not like we are going to stop playing COD. So what are everyone’s thoughts on this? Chime in here or for members you can vote in our poll in the forums. Time to speak up and let your voices be heard!
